Vendors

The Litchfield Farmers Club offers indoor and outdoor commercial vendor space during the Litchfield Fair.

Vendor spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee of your preferred location. Every attempt will be made to accommodate everyone’s request.

Inside EXPO II:

Inside space in Expo II will vary depending on Vendor's needs. If you have questions regarding inside space in Expo II, please contact Dawn Mills at lfc.expo2@gmail.com.

** Expo II is FULL for the 2023 Fair, with a waiting list **

Outside:

Standard size outside rentals are 10’ X 10’ and 20' X 40', but multiple and custom sizes are available as well.

The area is located between our Office and Expo II building. This is a high traffic area.

Agricultural displays will be placed along the roadway coming in from Buker gate that enters from the Plains Road.

Due to our contract with midway we can not duplicate any items sold on the midway or rent to any vendor who has rented from them in the past.

Food Vendors not inside Expo II must go through Miller Amusements 603-746-6302
